How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is usually 6-9 business days.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. In this confirmation you will find all the details of your order, including an order number. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address after placing your order, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address details so we can make the change. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address.
