Cancellation policy

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Femme Club, Karwendelweg 30, 6123 Vomperbach, Austria, email: business@thefemmeclub.fashion) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less a flat-rate return shipping fee of €11.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made using the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.

The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear.

Return costs

Returns are not free of charge. A flat-rate return shipping fee of €11.99 applies.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Opened or used cosmetic products.
